butpkr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "butpkr," "we," "us," "our" refers to the butpkr platform, operated by its licensed holding entity under an international online gaming licence.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the butpkr platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the butpkr website accessible at butpkr.net, including all casino games, sportsbook services, live dealer products, and account management features.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered on the butpkr platform through which a player accesses real-money gaming services.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited by a player and held in their butpkr account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of eligible bets a player must place before bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the transaction currency of the butpkr platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawal processing can be completed.

By accessing the butpkr platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether in the casino, live dealer lobby, or sportsbook — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with butpkr's Privacy Policy and any bonus-specific terms published on the platform at the time of a promotion.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the butpkr platform and must not create or maintain a player account. Continued use of any butpkr service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or paraphrase being produced for informational purposes, the English-language version of these Terms shall take precedence in all circumstances.

Access to real-money features on the butpkr platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. butpkr enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all real-money casino and sportsbook features.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with butpkr or any other gaming operator that covers online casino play.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of butpkr or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You have not previously had a butpkr account closed for breach of these Terms.

butpkr takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend their account pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated during a period of underage access will be forfeited and any deposits made will be returned subject to verification of the individual's identity.

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered butpkr account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a current email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your butpkr account login credentials. butpkr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify butpkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

• Account sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• butpkr will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain credential security.
• Players must not allow minors to access their butpkr account under any circumstances.
• All account activity carried out using valid login credentials will be treated as the account holder's own activity for liability purposes.

All financial transactions on the butpkr platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). butpkr supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at the time of your transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your butpkr account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per calendar month apply and are displayed at the time of each deposit. butpkr does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the name on the payment source must match the name on your butpkr account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your current real-money balance after any applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• butpkr targets withdrawal processing times of under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers. Bank transfers may take up to two business days depending on the receiving institution.
• butpkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.

butpkr offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and sportsbook promotions. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific bonus terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all butpkr bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring.
• butpkr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of cancellation will be notified and handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonuses may only be used in the games or sports markets specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply while a Bonus Balance is active. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from the account without notice.

butpkr's casino games — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and fishing games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate on independently certified random number generators (RNGs). Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available on request for all slot and RNG table game titles.

butpkr's sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), football, UFC, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager.
• butpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or affected by a verifiable technical error in the odds pricing.
• Maximum stake limits per event, per market, and per day apply and are displayed within the sportsbook interface.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity. butpkr is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connection issues on the player's side.

In the event of a genuine software malfunction affecting a casino game or sportsbook outcome, butpkr reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings derived from a provably malfunctioning game are not payable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the butpkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in any multi-player game format.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or butpkr backend systems without authorisation.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your location or circumvent platform restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward butpkr staff or other players via any channel.

butpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
• A player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A chargeback is initiated against a butpkr deposit transaction.
• A player's conduct poses a risk to the integrity of games or to other players on the platform.
• butpkr is required to do so by its licensing authority or by applicable law.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, butpkr will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days and will communicate with the player via their registered email address. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation and the completion of KYC verification.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to verification requirements.

butpkr is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming across Pakistan. All players are strongly encouraged to engage with the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you deposit into your butpkr account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once reached, further real-money wagering is suspended until the limit period resets or a new limit is set.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure automatic on-screen reminders at intervals of your choosing during active gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic summaries of your gaming session, including time elapsed and net win or loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from all real-money activity on butpkr for a minimum period of 24 hours up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.

All content on the butpkr platform — including but not limited to the butpkr brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of butpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the butpkr platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any butpkr content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any butpkr software or game code.
• Use the butpkr name or logo in any manner not expressly authorised by butpkr.
• Frame or mirror the butpkr website on any other domain or platform.

Any unauthorised use of butpkr intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, butpkr's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

butpkr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• The accuracy or availability of odds in the sportsbook, which are provided on a best-efforts basis.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information published on the platform for purposes other than placing wagers.

Nothing in these Terms limits butpkr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

butpkr collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and platform use. The full details of what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the butpkr Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By creating a butpkr account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. butpkr will never sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data shared with payment processors and game providers is limited to what is operationally necessary.

butpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, payment conditions, or bonus terms — butpkr will provide at least 7 days' notice via email to the address registered on the affected account and via a notice posted on the platform.

Your continued use of the butpkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which butpkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through butpkr's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body designated by butpkr's licensing authority.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through butpkr's formal dispute resolution process as described in the response to your complaint.
